Terms of service
Last updated July 31, 2026. Using MoneyOnce means agreeing to these terms.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use MoneyOnce.
- One account per person. Keep access to the email address on it — that address is how you sign in.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put in — transactions, budgets, verdicts, profile. You give us permission to store and display it so the app can work, and to include your verdicts in the anonymous aggregates on the product value board. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Accuracy
Imported transactions are read from the file you upload and sorted into categories by rules that get things wrong sometimes. Subscription detection is a guess based on repeating charges. Check the numbers before you rely on them — MoneyOnce is not your bank and is not a record of account.
What you can't do here
- Post someone else's financial information, or anything that identifies another person without their say-so.
- Harass people, or use verdicts to target somebody.
- Post spam, fake verdicts, or paid promotion dressed up as an opinion.
- Scrape the service, or try to break, overload or work around its security.
- Impersonate a person, a bank, or a business.
Moderation
You can block anyone, which hides their verdicts from you and yours from them, and you can report an account or a post. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Early access
MoneyOnce is early software provided as-is. Features will change, things will break, and we don't guarantee it will be available or error-free. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending it
You can delete your account from Settings at any time, which erases your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
